Bachelor Ordi

Bachelor Ordi is the first in a series of 21 supply, elephant-based Rare Pepe derivatives, each one crafted to honor a defining moment in the evolving mythology of the Rare Pepe project.

This piece pays homage to BACHELORPEPE (Series 2, Card 45), originally created by the enigmatic vaporrick, one of the earliest known artists in the Rare Pepe directory. With only nine works attributed to him, vaporrick remains a ghost in the machine — a myth in a system built on memes.

Inscription #145262 places this card in a historically significant range — representing what is likely the first series of RARE derivatives inscribed on the Ordinals protocol, (after the FLOONEYBIN collection ~30k), even preceding the launch of the ORDI token itself.

The elephant form is not accidental. This is Ordi the Elephant, the first to appear in a lineage that includes Orbi, Obry, and Ordy — each a custodian of memory and presence, surfacing precisely when and where they are most needed. These aren’t just characters; they are avatars of time, legacy, and recursion. Elephants, after all, never forget — and this series was created so that neither will we.
